VGA to HDMI converter?
After I realized my blu ray software was no longer supporting new releases, I upgraded to Power DVD 11 Ultra. It seems to work well, but it supports only HDCP compliant monitors (those with DVI or HDMI) for Blu Ray, which leaves my VGA monitor out in the cold. If I have to, I suppose I’ll just buy another monitor, but I’ve been looking at converter boxes also since they’re much cheaper.

are the two I’ve been looking at. Does anyone have any experience using one of these? It looks like I should be able to connect the VGA monitor to the box, and then run an HDMI cable to my video card (an HD 5670). Is this correct?
It would work, but I would invest in a new monitor.
The quality will not be the same after converison, you may as well be watching DVD.
Good DVD, but still not the same.
Use the VGA monitor as a dual screen or something.
